TO VOTE IN JUNE ... ALBISSOLA TO DO? Brinda 
The idea is that I found a local movement with no party influence, based on some fundamental points that can be summarized by the 5 star as advertised by Grillo: water management, energy, social services, management waste connection. Obviously I would add points to fit Albissola. The program that I have in mind is very clear:
1. Zero Waste goal:
a) opening of a municipal structure (usually the room where art exhibitions are behind the Square of the Church had in mind), where he manages free exchanges, see the Recycling Workshop, with appointments organized and focused with participation provincial or regional level (think only in school books or equipment for children). The events also generate a positive flow to the town merchants.
b) door to door waste collection, funded partly through the sale of such waste (I worked for Saint Gobain, and I know who buy the recycled glass from Germany for example ... may be interested in Italian glass, a study for the wet plant composting (see it tough, but we see), for paper, plastic, aluminum, iron and PET can open a purchase Recoplastica, which buys its collection points at this price: 50 cents

2. Energy:
a) First, transparency and electoral promises: online publication and the municipal board of the energy bill, with the promise of attaining a reduction of 10% per year through structural changes in energy supply and renewable energy.

3. Traffic and municipal parking lots:
a) Continuation of the current projects come to alternative routes Aurelia (Aurelia bis).
b) Construction of an underground car park in the manner and quality of proposals in two of my post, the parking lot, in my project, should be financed by a private developer interested in pay for itself through the provision of multi-annual management. I have a contact with a company - to which I already mentioned it - that makes these things and who is currently working in residential areas in this project (Mr. Bozzano Varazze).

d) Maintenance and expansion of bike sharing
4. Connectivity:
a) Construction of Hot spot wii-fi access for free (paid for by advertising while browsing or alternatively with the provider for a fee), the project vd Wi Fi Hot Spot.
b) Communication service vs. the public via the web, through the purchase of an e-mail for every citizen resident.
c) branches of municipal service online.
d) Opening of a communal blog for open discussion among council and citizens, and
) Streaming for viewing on the site of the town councils.
5. Territory:
a) Creation of alternative projects to the project currently disputed MARGONARI from many quarters. A project should enhance the ideas in the first territory to be from the point of view of landscape, both from an economic standpoint. The idea for example would be to build a small marina for a low number of small boats (obviously encouraging residents as priority for the berth) and a small site with cottages instead of the current illegal shacks. Obviously, however, the project should first be assessed by popular consent through a mini-referendum on line after informing citizens
b) Regulation of pre-hilly territory of the municipality creating an efficient plan that provides for the restoration of communal continuity interrupted by unauthorized achieved so far.
c) Encouragement of local trade, through the programming of new markets reserved for artisans, farmers (few) and local farmers.
6. Social Services:
a) Facilities for tourists through the creation of services such as baby sitting, promotions linked hotels, beaches, shops and restaurants.
b) Continuation of the "retirement home" of Albissola Marina ..
c) Implementation of waste collection service door to door, with a deployment plan ad hoc (in studio).
d) Study of a marine shuttle service, departing from Pier Albissola (cells?) And arrives at port of Savona.
e) Restoration of public spaces for local children (Viale Perata pitches).
f) Opening of a public office for advice on line
These are just a few points, but you could make thousands of things without paying a euro, working with a little 'fantasy and with such good will and information.
